What is going on? Festival or rally? both?
It’s a burning statue Flor. 😀 One of the Spanish spring festival. They built giant statues and burned them on a specific day. Heto yung picture bago nila sinugin: https://www.instagram.com/p/BvMk4_MDbD7/ nasa second image siya 🙂

Nope. Ginawa talaga ang mga statue na yan para sunugin para sa festival. Next gagawa ulit sila para sunugin sa gitna ng kalye 😂

Success! Someone asked. Haha 😂 It’s a burning statue. One of the Spanish spring festival. They built giant statues and burned them on a specific day. You can find the picture of this one before it burns here: https://www.instagram.com/p/BvMk4_MDbD7/ It’s on the second image 🙂
The build statues only to burn them?? WTF is that tradition for?? :/
Yes I know! I have same reaction.
I heard from some Spanish that it originally come from the time when the had so of that material they used to build so they burn it in the street. And it somehow evolved into a tradition or something… I’m not entirely knowledgeable over it. But it’s very beautiful to see it burn at the center of the city at that in different areas.
Stupid people OMG
And stupid traditions as well
Will ask my brother, his wife is Spanish and we’ll both laugh I guess haha
Still fun to watch! Haha 😀 Yes, please do, but I think it’s a tradition in Spain only… I’ll asked a Spanish friend here about it. Maybe I can make a post about it.
Dracarys!!! Hahahah
Well, I love fire haha 😀
