This pasta dish is an improvised version of Ribanna’s carbonara recipe. I was missing some of the ingredients so I added something else, like whole because I only have parmesan and parsley because they looks nice 😂

Hm… well I usually just go with flow when it comes to my cooking and grab what’s available. If European ingredients is hard over there, it’s also a bit hard for me to get hold of Indian ingredients here 😂
