83 going 38 yesterday 🤣 I only noticed that it was flip while recording. I'm too lazy to do the retake, besides the cream was melting too fast, so it will have to do 😁

This birthday would have been bit more perfect if @hivesocialapp for Android would let me sign in. Sigh. Oh well 💩 happens and the day was wonderful because I have people I love around me. 💕

Also, Beniardá lit up for Christmas for the first time today. This feels like a gift 😄

PS: Thanks to everyone who privately greeted me and those who thank me in my FB. Which reminds me, I must thank them too haha 😄

Thanks to Twitter going crazy, Hive social become a trending topic and made me aware of it. I've been searching of alternatives for the biggest social media for a while now (FB, IG and tiktok and yeah Twitter) Hive seems like a good one and you know what? Hive is fun, at least for now, it feels like the time when social media was young and everyone just kind of like doing their thing and being silly.

As I mentioned in my YouTube video, Hive social is a bit of everything in one. A baby of Twitter and Instagram, with a dash of Tumblr 🤣

I'm still pretty blank in my head. I still reading a lot, but I'm behind book reviews. Yet I don't feel like posting.

Thanks to @teakettlebooks for tagging me in fun trend. I wanted to make multiple boards but decided against it after using nearly 3 hours for one 😅 it was hard to look for photo that tells a story of what I post in my page.

As you can see here, I share books I read, throwback photos, poems, my writing, and occasionally especial days like birthday. The one on the right corner was taken November 4 this year. My 6 year old wearing the clothes I sew for that day, it got a cute bag too (not in the photo)

I hate doing depressing post. But to move on, I'll do this depressing bit before I can move on. I suffered 39.6c (103.28F) fever stressing over this so. I attempted to record myself multiple time with no luck. I always end up crying. So I'm writing it.

November starts fine, then it turns bad with the cat virus that started at my friend's home (see my previous post.) The nightmare ended mid-November with over 13 cats are dead. With our August among them.

August was still a kitten! About 8 months. Trusting and sweet. He just became officially ours the day before he died. Why officially? Well, because when he was still healthy, his first owners kept looking for him, going up and down the street calling the name they gave him. Anyone would assume they refuse to give us the cat, so we always allowed him to go out to greet them. They never spoke to us though, except for that one time to tell me August was theirs.

But August keeps coming back to us, scratching outside our door to let him in. He spent all day and night with us since he first came inside our house. We took care of him after dogs attacked him and he always seek us for comfort.

We assumed we were sharing custody with previous owner, so we waited for them. Stupid mistake. We knocked on their door the day before he died (we didn't know where they lived before that) and that's when they denied him; they said they can't have him because he keep going away and definitely don't want him when he was sick.

We should have confronted them sooner. We should have ignored them when they called for him. If we know how cold they are, we wouldn't have let August out of the house on his own. He didn't have the same virus as my friend's cats, but it's a horrible virus that slowly killed him from inside, but we saw how much August wanted to stay with us until the end. He trusted us and never complained when I ushered him to his cage to be with a vet, promising it will be better. I didn't know it was going to be our last day before his painful death.

To people who don't want their cat anymore, please make it clear to those who care before it's too late!

I'm sorry everyone, life is as depressing as my cat shows right now.

November throw a surprise we never expected. I have a friend with 13 cats in her house and more than a dozen street cats which she feeds daily. They're family to her, I can't tell everything here but a tragedy struck her. A cat virus took her household like the pandemic and so far 5 of them are dead. 1 is dying right now as I'm writing and two are in the animal hospital. I will drive her to the hospital again soon with 2 more of her cats.

My friend barely eats and sleep. She's beside herself with worries and agony of losing her cats one after another inside just a week. It's too much.

August, my cat, isn't eating too and only want to hug a warm bottle and go for toilet break. He looks depressed and probably because I am too.

I'm doing my best with NaNoWriMo but it might be the worse month for me to go for it.

Anyways, I just drop this post to inform why I won't be active.

Anyone doing NaNoWriMo this month?

And here we go again. I first joined NaNoWriMo about 7 years ago and win it. I was super excited. It took me 3 more month before it was completely done. I've since write every year not because I keep winning but because I like the challenge.

3 years ago I wrote In Another Time, my travel book. Then two years ago, I rewrite it. Last year...I don't what happened 🤣

This year I will be doing a retelling 🥰 I have so man ideas of them so time to work with one.

As long as you love me was my childhood favorite. And it only gets better as I grow older. Everything about it just me that longing I get when I finish a wonderful romance book 🥰

What's the last book that make you lose sleep?

Excuse the darkness around my eyes. It always happens when I can't sleep because of reading. And I'm so bad at make up, besides, I'm flaunting the fact that I bingeread the trilogy in 1 week. That's a great feat in my book! 🤣

I love the first two book. But the last one went downhill and the ending just makes me want to murder Pip. I love her so much but she's so out of character in the 3rd book 😭
