Just Because

Just because I’m smiling
doesn’t mean I’m happy
Just because I’m laughing
doesn’t I’m having the time
of my life

When someone cried
in front of me
doesn’t mean they’re
the victim

Stop judging people
based on their expression
because you have no idea
what they are truly
going through.

  1. Is Jess doing alright? I definitely agree. I don’t like people assuming that one is having a time of their life, yet in reality they could be drowning and barely hanging on, with hope for a better future. 😉😶🙄

    1. True! I befriended a girl once back in the Philippines. She was 14 and already had a miscarriage. Everyone calls her a slut and even bullied me for hanging out with her. But she always smile, but when we’re alone she cries. And people in her town have no idea that she’s really a sweet girl. She just made a mistake which already paid for… hmm… I think I’ll create a post about her. 😀
