If you’re one of those who make sure to read every post, I’m sure I overloaded you with yesterday x3 special awards post. Today, I’ll share something lighter. A repost of a poem from my other blog which I put on hiatus. [Yes, Yesika, I can hear you complaining!]

Friends Are Forever [repost]
Relationship takes time to blossom
Our friendship is the same
Life got in the way
And we lost contact for years
But fate is a mystery
Time has its way
By pure coincidence
We met again
We have good times
Missing years did not matter
Good friends are forever
Irreplaceable precious partners

So beautiful write Jess 💕
Distance doesn’t matter in true friendship! But nowadays true friendship is hard to find
Very true. Thanks Jyoti <3
Very good and so very true Jessica, wonderful poem! Enjoy your weekend!
Thanks Steve! I hope you’ll have a great weekend too 😀
I hope so too.
Hmm? Is there a reason why you might not have? Then I’ll deeply wish you to get it and pray that you get a warm sunny day. It’s raining right now in the village we are in, and I’m satisfied. It’s too damn hot.
Well, guess the weekend can’t get any worse. Hopefully it gets better. Weather? We had lots of rain again today, I think we need some more sunny days for a while to dry things out a bit.
In that case I’ll be praying for more sunshine over there 😀
Yep, sunshine in more ways than one.
Good friends who meet again after having been several years apart is something that often happens in Charles Dickens novels.
Which I suppose explains why I’ve got a fondness for Charles Dickens novels.
haha 😀 the only reason I know about Charles Dickens is because of my favorite film based on Roald Dahl book, “Matilda” she mentioned “Charles Chicken” 😂
It is a shame when life and responsibilities sloewly take friends on separate ways.
Yes. I was separated from my best friends for the same reason. After marrying a Norwegian the distance between us just grew bigger. 🙁
“If you’re one of those who make sure to read every post,” you make us seem like we are aliens 😂 and where is that post you posted and then it disappeared huh??? I read my name there! 😁
Beautiful poem about Friendship, real friends defy all distance and time, it’s true sometimes you meet your friend after long time and it’s as if you never left! Real friendship is so rare these days
Thank you for sharing 😊
Real friendships are hard to find when almost everyone lives in their phone. 🙁 But if you do find one, they are a gem.
Sorry about the vanishing post Hug! I have no idea why it appeared! I scheduled that post for Saturday. It seriously made me panic when another blogging friend told me that she receive it in the email. I check it in my admin panel and it’s still there with scheduled date. Geh 😨
Glad I lived in the time where smartphones were dumb and people were smart! This is why I have many friends 🙂
Oh well I read it all and wrote a comment and then it gives me error, it’s okay not a big deal 🙂
“Smartphones were dumb and people were smart! ” Love that 😂
Error??? I hope it doesn’t happen again.
True story 😁
Error on the post you deleted it not on other posts
Ahahaha 😅
sorry 😥 it’s WordPress fault for not following the schedule. I honestly did not delete it.
Yes got that no worries 😊
Positive influence as always and here too with such a nice friendly post again!😃💙
Thank you so much Samyak! ❤️
So true <3 friends last forever, many of my best friends go back way to school days
Oh that’s great! I missed my friends too from my school days. I guess we form a lot bonds during those time.
❤️true❤️
thank you for reading ❤️
I wish you a wonderful weekend❤️
You too ❤️
So true ❤️❤️
No matter how much time we’ve been apart from our friends but the friendship stays same
Yes, distance shouldn’t matter when it comes to staying friends.
So beautiful words and so true! Friends are forever! You made me miss my best friend which is more than 10,000 km away….noooo….
Aw, so sorry (not sorry) for that Ribby. I miss my best friend too everyday, even more because she doesn’t use any social media and she’s in the opposite side of the world.
My friends are overseas too. I miss them dearly.
