Blogging is dead

The words “blogging is dead” hit me after reading Accidental Blogger‘s post about missing his old blogging friends. It’s a word I’ve read in an article years ago.

As I commented, I can sympathize with him. It’s feels lonely when those who were with you when you started just stopped and you feel like the only person left 😥

New blogging friends always make it better, but for each blogger who I get close to goes away, a piece of my heart goes with them.

Shut out to all my blogging friends… please stay 🥺

Kisses 😘

  1. Yep, people leave all the time. I have lost many good friends on here that just vanished, some I know why, others just disappear. Just lost my very first follower the other day, so sad. I’m staying around, hope you do too Jessie!😃😺

    1. Sorry to hear that Steve 🙁 first followers (especially if they regularly keep in touch) have a special spot. Like first love…

I have little time to blog lately, but I’m here to stay.

      1. Glad to hear you will stay. I had 52 followers last year who quit blogging, those were ones who would always read and comment. Sad to see them go, but I know it does take up a lot of time. And some have stopped blogging but they still come around and read anyway, so that’s nice. We can still keep in touch then. I would hate to lose you though, that would be terrible! Hope you are having a great day Jessie!😃😺😻

  2. Blogging is not easy, needs a lot of time and efforts, and for this reason I guess a lot of people stop blogging when they feel too overwhelmed…important is that even if we stop, we still keep in touch 😉🤪🤗

  3. Yeah, that’s true✨ Some blogger’s go missing without any intimations gives more pain, and the heart keep searching for them everything they post something. A good message to fellow bloggers ✨🤗 Have a great day ✨☺️
